Budding Designs Floral would love to deliver your floral arrangements directly to the recipient. In the event that the recipient is / are not home, I will attempt the leave the arrangement with a neighbor. I cannot leave an arrangement unattended by a door or a porch or without a signature due to inclement weather conditions, theft, etc. If, in this instance, you would prefer that I not leave the floral arrangement with a neighbor of the recipient, please state that request in the "Comment" portion of the "Contact" page and I will make sure to bring the flowers back until a pick-up time or second delivery time is scheduled. Please note that second delivery attempts MAY NOT end up being the same day as the original delivery and may include an additional delivery fee.

During the busy holiday seasons, please try to place your order at least three (3) days prior to these following major holidays: Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Sweetest Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

I will do my best to accommodate deliveries at the specific times of day, but I cannot guarantee it. Sunday deliveries are made only for funerals to churches or funeral homes. Sunday orders for funeral services must be placed by Saturday BEFORE 9:00 a.m.

Please note that this site, as well as emails, are constantly being monitored. However, because "glitches" do happen, when you place an order online, you may want to follow up with a telephone call or text message to ensure I received your order.

Occasionally substitutions may be necessary to create your floral arrangement due to the availability of certain flowers. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme, and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all-rose bouquet or orchids, I will make every attempt to match the flower type but may substitute another color.

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. All user credit card information in securely communicated using the secure socket layer (SSL) software, which is the industry standard and among the best software available for secure commerce transactions. All user information stored on our server is stored in an encrypted format. Notwithstanding these efforts, I caution you that perfect security does not exist on the internet.
